[ASK] 4K@60Hz with HDMI 2.0 solutions

I have Radeon 390X and 4K TV but you know TV doesn’t have DisplayPort and Radeon only has HDMI 1.4 (4K @ 30Hz). I need 4K @ 60Hz.

What is the best solution for me?
1. I heard “Club3D USB 3.1 Type-C to HDMI 2.0 Active Adapter CAC-1504” support DisplayPort alternate mode, does it mean I could connect USB-C to my VGA DisplayPort and enjoy 4K @ 60Hz? or I need another DisplayPort to USB-C adapter? If so, does it affect performance by much?

2. I heard Club3D is currently making DisplayPort to HDMI 2.0 Adapter. Should I wait for this instead? will it available this year?

3. Will it available in Indonesia?

Hello Kraken,

I would advise you to go for the CAC-1070. That is DP to HDMI 2.0.
I expect stock to be coming something like end this month.
We currently do not have a distributer in Indonesia, but i am sure Amazon.com is shipping to Indonesia as well.

I don’t know you don’t have distributor in Indonesia. I’ve seen Club3D brand over here. Is that unofficial products?

It is very well possible that you have seen our product there, we did have a partner for a few years (2010 ~2014), but unfortunately not at the moment.
