Just got the USB Type C 3.2 Gen1 Triple Display Dynamic PD Charging Dock, but the Ethernet port is not working through the USB C.

if i plug lan cable directly into laptop i get connection – so there is definitely connection.

but when plugged into the back of the docking station, my laptop doesn’t connect to the network

when the dock is connected could you see if any warning triangles are on the device manager screen ?
