Bought the CAC-1510 USB Type C to DVI-D Dual Link Active Adapter to connect my new MacBook Pro to my old Apple Cinema Display. At first it seemed to work but the Cinema Display blinks on and off at a rate of about 2 seconds. It’s not flickering. It’s blinking on and off. Any ideas?

Some Apple Cinema displays do not support HDCP and might cause some issues with the CAC-1510 since this adapter is designed to support HDCP
Its best to purchase this version
that does not support HDCP
