Hi all,

I am trying to connect my MacBook Pro 15″ 2017 with this adapter my Samsung UR55 but the image is distorted and glitchy. I am using HDMI 2.0

Any solution?

Hi with a macOSX is always best to create a custom resolution – you can try Switch ResX

use Simplified Settings at CVT-RB and Pixel Clock at 533.31Mhz

I also reading about firmware updates for the adapters that the support sending to users but can not find any in information around can I contact with someone from support?
