Hello,

I recently purchased the “Club 3D CAC-1010 DisplayPort to DVI Dual-Link DVI-D Active Adapter” to drive my 30 inch apple cinema display.  Upon using this adapter my display turns black every time I attempt to play a video on Netflix or Disney+.  My other displays work just fine just the one connected to the adapter turns black.  I have also tried plugging this display into a computer directly and when I do this it works just fine even when playing video.  Does anyone have thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Netflix does that to me too – they drop your external monitor from a laptop, so you don’t drive a TV or something.  I’m assuming its a licensing issue.  ie – ask Netflix why they do that.
