i have some pixels that appear on my screen using an active DP to DVI-D adapter:

 

 

How to resolve that ?

Have you tried a different DVI cable?

Does this also gets shown when you connect it without the adapter?

Yes! only with the adapter that this is showing up. 🙁 its 70 euros. i might need to buy a new screen that supports DP at 144Hz

Is your DVI cable DVI-D Dual Link?

Yes! I using it to have 144Hz on my monitor.
Used the adapter for about a year with no problems.
Those artefact just apeared out of nowhere and i cant get rid of them even after deep cleaning the connectors.

Contacted Amazon and they are sending me a replacement. 
Horrible Customer Support from Club 3D, cant get hold of anyone. Thank god i purchased this on amazon, they are at least more competent in terms of support.
