    Hi,
I am afraid that this is an OS problem. If you install Windows it will work without issues.

    Hi,
Make sure you have sufficient cooling in your PC. Based on your description it does sound like a heat problem.
Can you check if the card has a lot of dust in the cooling fan?
Also check if your contact pins on the PCI-E 16x is clean. You can clean it with a pencil eraser.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,
Do you have a second system to verify if it is the card that is providing the issues? If not please proceed to RMA the card.

    Hi Krentebol,

The best way to get the support is if you have the original invoice of the product. Did you get this with the card? If you do, send it together to our support email. They should be able to assist your inquiry.
    Kind regards

    Hi,
Did you reset the MST Hub? There is a button on the back.
Check if you have applied the latest updates
    Check this faq from Microsoft

How many screens can I connect?

The number of external screens that your Surface Pro 2, Surface Pro 3, or Surface 3 will support depends on your settings for refresh rate and resolution, and on whether the display on your Surface is on or off. For Surface Pro 3, it also depends on which processor you have (i7, i5, or i3).

    Hi,
Did you check if you can default your BIOS settings in your mainboard?
Did you apply the latest updates on your mainboard BIOS?
Can you update the system by just placing one display instead of 2?
Can you check if the memory is giving you errors?
    Regards

    Hi,
You are using the full bandwidth if you output to 4K (3840×2160) on a single display. In order to use the MST Hub on a single DP port you will need to lower the resolution so you have enough bandwidth to cover both screens. A DP 1.2 port has a total of 21.6 Gbps and a 4K resolution will consume almost this bandwidth.

The UHD displays requires to have the full bandwidth of a single DP 1.2 port, therefore the MST Hub will not be the ideal to use as it will have to share the bandwidth between multiple displays. In your case you require to have a graphics card that supports multiple DP ports to power the UHD display.

    Hi Gooky,
We found the sleep issue with older mainboards only (starting 4 years upwards). We believe it is the BIOS behaviour that is causing the sleep and not wake up. So far we have not found a solution to this.

    Hi Gooky,

Try to shutdown the system, drain your PC electricity by unplugging the power cable and pressing the power button. Also unplug the MST Hub from the power cable. Let it sit for 2 minutes and try again.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Vortex4k,
The M6000 can only output 4 independent displays at 4K. Each DP 1.2 has a maximum bandwidth of 21.6Gbps. If you would split this into multiple signals, you will have to share this total bandwidth. For example, a DP 1.2 port can use a MST Hub 1-4 by using 4x 1080p displays.
Now for the cable length, you must use DP 1.2 spec cables to provide you the bandwidth required (not all DP cables are the same). In terms of length, the maximum is 5 meters of 16 feet, if you require longer cables you will have to find something more dedicated to fit your requirements.

    Hi Rickn,
Unfortunately the Intel Graphics chip can only drive 3 independent displays only, even the DP 1.2 can support up to 4 1080p displays.
The only way you could drive more than 3 is by using a USB Graphics adapter in combination of a MST Hub 1-3.
If you have any further questions please let us know.
