I tried sending an email to support, they say I have to verificate some email or something. I just don’t seem to get the verification email. Now I am trying this forum to contact an admin.

Dear Club3D & forum people,
I recently bought a GPU second hand from a very trusted seller in my country, he has lots of positive feedback except for one thing: replying. Now I bought a r9 290x from him, couldn’t install it instantly since I still needed to buy other parts for a newly built PC.
When I install the GPU, power it on, I can’t seem to get a video output. Tried HDMI and both DVI outputs ofcourse. My computer doesn’t boot into windows aswell, I know that because when I press the power button on my PC the PC instantly shuts down. So it is still in the bios start up or something. The GPU does get power because the fan is spinning. Now I removed the GPU, used the internal graphics of my processor and made a setting in the bios that it always uses the processors’ internal graphics. Reconnected the GPU and my pc booted. I tried installing the drivers in normal mode and in safe mode. My computer crashed during both attempts.
After these attempts I tried the GPU in another system but I just can’t seem to get it to work. I’m using windows 10 64-bit on both systems. It must be broken. So I tried contacting the seller but he isn’t replying. You are my last hope. Is there any way you can assist me?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Krentebol,

The best way to get the support is if you have the original invoice of the product. Did you get this with the card? If you do, send it together to our support email. They should be able to assist your inquiry.
Kind regards
