Hi,
We know that in the Macbook with Windows OS will work with the MST, Linux we have not tested yet.
The INTEL HD 5K series supports MST up to 3 independent displays and the 6K series will as well. For Mac OS we have found some issues. I tested the MacBook Pro 15″ 2015 and found that the MST 1-3 will not work properly. This is mainly due to the OS and not the MST Hub.
Hope this helps.
Hi Mercy,
Are you overclocking the system or having the default settings in your BIOS settings?
Did you check if you have all the latest windows updates? Make sure under windows updates you tick into the lower part where it says check windows updates online, it normally have more updates than the standard updates tab.
Check by pulling one memory out and see if the system works fine and then check the other memory module to verify if either one is providing issues.
I see that you OC the CPU, under default settings do you have the same issues?
Can you verify your temperatures?
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
Send a mail to [email protected] and detail your card model and serial number for a request on a new BIOS update. The card is already quite old but ask them if they have a newer version.

Hi Jon,
You need 4 active adapters per card if you do not have DP displays.

Hi Jakk89,
The first generation 290 series or reference board from AMD it does reach that temperature at 100% load.
Can you tell us what part number you have on your card?
Hi,
This is Powerturne feature, at idle it sometimes turns off, it really depends on the situation.
Does it turn on when you play games for example?
Hi,
4 active adapters and 2 passive adapters are required to drive 6 displays simultaneously. Now you can swap an active adapter to see if that monitor that is not turning on to verify if it is the cable or the last one is a passive adapter which is not giving you picture.
Hi,
Can you check if the Catalyst Control Center you have the settings in manual mode?
Can you give me your system specifications?
Hi,
I am very glad that the matter is resolved.
Happy gaming!
It is hard to say. We had the same situation with the 285 card which was announced with the support and was later implemented.
We are checking with AMD with this matter and see what is the feedback.
Hi card player,
We checked with the R9 390X and the 15.20 beta driver and PLP is not supported. The 370, 380 and 390 use the same driver.
Lets wait until the final WHQL driver is released and we will see what happens.
Hi,
Yes we can do that. We will find time this week and check it out for you.
Hi Tox,
I need to check the code in your system to verify the batch. I should get back to you as soon as i can.
