Good day Stravos Kefaleas,
The CAC-1170 is an Active Mini DP to HDMI 2.0 Adapter with support for max resolution of 3840x2160p at 60Hz. That should do it.
Good day Jesper,
50 Degrees is not normal, i mean they can get warm, but not hot like that.
You could try this before claiming RMA on it.
Disconnect the CS-V2302, Un-Install all Displaylink driver software.
Reboot.
Dowload and install latest Displaylink software, here:
http://downloads.club-3d.com/SENSEVISION/CSV-2302/
Turn on screen, connect to CSV-2302, turn on system and connects CSV-2302 to system.
Windoews should see the screen(s) now.
Hello Dnichols48,
No positive feedback on that unfortunately. It does not look good though, there is good chance a firmware update is not going to do the “trick”and we might even have to start up a new product for this to work in a proper manner. I di not see any such new product on the roadmap yet, so this will not become available in the next 3 months …
You checked if your USB Type output supports Displayport Alt(ernate) Mode ?
Good to hear, thanks for the feedback 🙂
Hi Phantom,
That is weird. I mean it seems that all your hardware and cables are working, just not in 4K 60Hz. Ar you sure your Mac Mini can output 4K at 60Hz over the DP ouput ?
Or what CPU you have inside, os i can check ?
thanks for the feedback
Ok that is new to me !?
Well acutally not ok at all 🙁
I will forward the issue to our R&D at factory, can you let me know what USB Type C to USB 3.0 adapter you are using ?
Thanks
Hi Optical10,
In general …
CAC-1310 is and HDMI2.0 Cbale certified by HDMI.org to support full bandwidth and full specs over 3 meters, so that is most probably not the issue.
This is what the Adapter CAC-1070 supports:

Setups with TV’s normally work best by making a custom resolution, in this case for: 3840*2160 at 60 Hz with Timing Standard set to CVT-RB (Reduced Blanking ).
(For setups with Monitors Timing Standard can remain on “auto”.)
On most TV’s you will need to do some settings like “Enhanced Mode”/ “PC-Mode” and/or “UHD Color” for the HDMI 2.0 port in use.
Please make sure the HDMI port of the Screen/TV supports 4K 60 Hz, often not all HDMI inputs support that.
Please make sure the Software of the TV is updated
You screen is most probably “telling” your system (by EDID at boot) it can do 4:4:4 in 4k60Hz.
This will make your system automatically jump to 8Bit BPC. BPC at 10 bit with 4k 60Hz will make the signal too big for HDMI2.0. Making a custom resolution will “over-rule” that auto settings part.
yep indeed weird that SP4 does not have a DP1.2 output and/or that High End Monitors do not have a HDMI 2.0 input …
And indeed so far only HDMI to DP adapters (like CAC-1330) available for max reselution of 3840×2160 at 30Hz …
Hi Phantom,
Although you most probably saw the email answer you got from [email protected] just to make sure ….
I am quite sure your TV has 2 HDMI2.0 port supporting 4K 60 Hz.

To make a custom resolution on MAC OSx and do that Timing Standard setting, you will probably need to make use of a program like SwitchResX.
Make sure to make use a new users (or first remove all existing users when you already have used SwitchResX before).
We do have user feedback that they have it running without such setting on 10.12.4, this does sometimes involve making new user or even re-installing the OS completely …
Apparently old files are “in the way” when using the upgrade feature …
Good day Sjonnie36,
Because Club3D stopped support for the Soundcards a while ago already.
If i am not mistaking Club3D sold the last Agrippa cards back in 2010 / 2011 …
Anyway, although Club3D does not have Driver support for the Agrippa card for WIN10, i will ask support to send you an email with a possible solution.
Good day mxjelle,
The CSV-2303H does support 19200×1200 at 60Hz.
Best regards
Hi All,
Sorry about that, indeed this is not the threat for HDR topic :-S
Unfortunately i have no new info on HDMI2.0 to DP1.2 Adapter. The situation is unchanged and still no availability on chipset to make this product.
There have been some suggestions on ANX7688 chipset, however this tested by R&D and this chipset is not suited for this, so that project has been closed.
I do not have any info that a suitable chipset will be available anywhere soon …
After a chipset becoming available it will take at least 4 months before a product can be introduced into the market. So time-wise i do no expect any such product within the next 5 to 6 months 🙁
we did not test it with that specific monitor, but i don’t see why not … i mean specs wise it is supported, so yes that should work just fine
