Hi There – I believe support ended on this …
Hi Nikilja, do you mean connect your DVI monitor to the CAC-1010 https://club-3d.com/en/detail/2479/displayport_to_dual_link_dvi_d_active_adapter/
Yes this adapter supports 1080 at 144Hz
What video card are you using?
Hi Niels there is no need for any drivers for the adapter. Should be quite simply plug and play. Connect the DP adapter to the DP connector of the Video Card and HDMI Cable to the TV . How long is your HDMI Cable ? When you say the computer refuses to pick up the adapter – you are in the display settings of your windows control panel and you do not see the display thats connected to it?
Hi Ross, you should send a mail to [email protected] – specify the model of the Docking station you are talking about – i think thats the CSV-1564
The CAC-1051 is an older version which is End of Life – the CAC-1010 is a newer version with current support
CAC-1085 will be the first batch – with DP Support 1.4
Hello ! End of June is the expected release date – no VRR no Gsync no Freesync on this first batch .. it might be possible to upgrade with a firmware support in the future but no guarantee there
it seems like its work in progress – launching end of June –
I would say the adapter CAC-1010 should be able to work in your setup – DVI – I is mainly functional for Analog and Digital – in this case you will be using a Digital Signal / DP is always Digital.
Hi What display are you connecting it to? Are you using a HDMI 4K60Hz ready cable? and have you updated your system to the latest updates?
Hi Chiho, the HP 820G3 USB C does not seem to have the needed DisplayPort Alt mode functionality – it only has the standard USB Gen1 for data. It also does not support Uplink PowerDelivery for Charging purpposes –https://laptopmedia.com/laptop-specs/hp-elitebook-820-g3-4/ – based on this site
Hi When connecting the third screen and converting from DP to HDMI could you try an active Adapter instead of a passive?
Hi there – the puzzle here is that DVI-I only will allow hardware calibration. does it mean that you need an analog signal to arrange calibration or ? The reason why Club3D uses the DVI-I connector is so that it will fit Analog as well as Digital connectors – but since the source signal is DP that means that it will only support DVI-D (digital) signals.
yes this is on the works – should be coming out around June
Hi Mina, If you mean Saturday to Monday morning One week – we kind of count that as weekend. Anyhow – it will be nice of you to just reply to our support email without the need of getting so unfriendly here. We have not experience this issue and therefore its hard to troubleshoot a problem which we do not encounter. Good to know the HDMI Cable is good – I will pass it over to our support team. I strongly suggest you continue the support thread.
