It is very well possible that you have seen our product there, we did have a partner for a few years (2010 ~2014), but unfortunately not at the moment.

    Hello Viktoras,

    R9 390 does indeed have 2 x DVI-D that output a digital signal only

Which screens are you using and  how many you want to connect ?

    Best regards,

    Marcel

    Hello Kraken,

I would advise you to go for the CAC-1070. That is DP to HDMI 2.0.
I expect stock to be coming something like end this month.
We currently do not have a distributer in Indonesia, but i am sure Amazon.com is shipping to Indonesia as well.

    Hello 51ck,

We have not delivered this item since end 2012. AMD GPU’s support audio standard already for year, so no need for an internal audio cable anymore for us …
I did find you a comparible product on amazon:

    Hi “MadKow”,
Sorry to hear you are having issues.
It is not a good sing that you odnt get a picture form the seocnd Mini DP Output. What R9 270X do you have btw, is it a MSI R9 270X ITX version ?
It can happen that Catalyst will automatically place the resolution in some Ultra High Setting because it detects 2 screens.
We did not complete testing with the Beta drivers, so i will advise you to use the 15.7.1 WHQL.

Connect the MST Hub to the DP Output you now works and only attache 1 screen to the MST Hub and boot up the system. Check in Windows if all is ok. Only then connect the second screen, check in windows if all is ok, sometimes you will need to activate it first and most important check the resolution and frequency. Only than go for the 3rd screen, repeat the same windows check. When done go tot the Catalyst and setup your Eyefinity group etc. Don’t forget to make a preset (left top) when your done with the settings, very handy to go back to your preset-settings when needed with just 1 click

If the card is faulty you should be able to get it replaced no problems. However i am not convinced it ill solve your problem. Perhaps the shop where you bought it can test it ?

Well if it is not the software, than the chance is quite large it is the memory that is failing.
Not really something you can easily replace or anything like that. You could try to cool it
better by adding new/better cooling paste/tape.

If at all possible try the Graphics Card in a different system to make sure the Card is ok .
