Hi Mariusblk,
Please try and add a preset in the Catalyst (second from the top on the left when you open the Catalyst Control Center). When it loads/starts up the software, the system should then go to that preset setting.
I will forward your feedback to our product manager for the Led Indicators.
Hi Ryan,
Which OS are you running on WIN10 ?
Hi Mariusblk,
You want me to delete an account for you ?
Hi radio314,
Yes that should work just fine

Hi Musician,
DisplayLink does have MAC OS drivers.
They normally become available later than the windows drivers, but they will become available …
For the DL-5500 chip which is in the CSV-2302H, you can find them here: http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/mac_downloads.php
thanks a lot for sharing 🙂
Hi LMS,
To be able to check what Bios you have and which we have available for your card, would you please take a picture on the backside of the card where a number of stickers are placed. From those we can read what would be needed and what would be available. Please send email to [email protected]
Thanks
Hello sklee203,
Our R7 360 (CGAX-R9326) has 1xHDMI+1xDP++1xDVI-I.
To connect 4 screens to our board you would need to “enable” the Eyefinity Feature.
You do that simply by using the DP output of the card. You need WIN Vista or newer.
Connecting the CSV-5200 which acts as an active device will enable you to use 2 screens that you can connect by using normal “passive” cable adapters. The other 2 screens should be connected thru HDMI and DVI. (Or when you were looking at a different brand Graphics Cards, which i cannot imagine 😉 it could be possible they have a version with 2 x DVI).
First make sure that in Windows settings the resolution and frequency is correct. Than go to Catalist and setup whatever yo wish to do.
Hello HyeVltg3,
The card measures 29cm inside the case from bracket to end. Since the power connectors
are on top of the card this will not add to the lenght. Should fit wihtout any issue.
Hello GettCouped,
No you cannot. This has nothing to do with the MST Hub thouch. A DisplayPort 1.2 output only has enough bandwidth to output 2 x 2560*1440p @ 60Hz. When you put the 2 screens in 90Hz, that will take more bandwidth of course (9,95Gbps per screen if i am not mistaking) so you can still do that. But 3 will for sure not work since you only have 21.6Gbps available.
that is not very likely. The OS of the system need to support MST. The CSV-5200 is able to receive 2 video (and audio signals) at ones and send that to the corresponding screen. With Screens with digital inputs that works easier/better because normally the system will automatically recognize the screens thru a “digital handshake”. When this is not done it depends a bit on how the systems reacts to “not finding a screen”. Windows for instance will normally always send a standard VGA signal even when no screen is detected. Not sure on how much bandwidth the “Touch” feature will take, but i think that normally goes over USB, so no influence on the MST HUB. The more inverter-boards/ splitters etc. you add, the more likely it is that some part of signal gets “lost in translation”.
tanks for the feedback
very welcome
aha, so there are more people like me 😉
