Hi I have had the AMD Radeon R7 250x for a few mouths now and i have been trying to find a solution to this problem. When ever i turn my computer on it makes a loud whirling noise like the fan is on overdrive and the computer screen doesn’t turn on. i need to wait a few minutes and turn it off then on again before it works properly. this has only started happening ever since i had the Graphics card installed by the guys who i bought it from (they ARE legit). Does anyone know what my problem is and how to fix it?
