Hi,

I bought 2 of these units to connect to 2 older dual link DVI monitors. I have them connected to a brand new intel NUC system via usb-c/thunderbolt 3 ports. At best I can get one of them working but it wont recognize 2 for some reason. Is there any possible solution?

Hello Sgalante,

Could you specify what NUC system you are using and what OS you are running on.

Can you also tell me what specific monitors you are using.

The more information I have the more accurate I am able to help you.
