I’m using the above product with macbook pro M4. Every 15-30 minutes the network disconnects. to make it work again, I need to disconnect the DS and reconnect or disable/enable the network adapter.
This could be caused by Windows power saving features. Try going to Device Manager -> Properties of our product (could be a USB hub or network device) -> Power Management and then don’t allow Windows to save power. Share the results! 🙂
