Doesn't work with MacOS

I can't get this to work on macOS. Has anyone else? It "works" but I can't actually get 4k 120hz.

What macOS? Which system? What screen? Does it have DP1.4? Is your cable Utra High Speed HDMI? (HDMI2.1)

So many questions :).
