DP – USB C doesn’t not work with pc

I have viewsonic 4K oled portable monitor. Just bought this cable to connect that monitor to my PC with display port (rtx 4070 ti super). Tried switch all among all the GPU display ports, but nothing work.

DP to USB-C does not provide power.

Did you connect any kind of power source to the portable monitor?

Yes I do with another USB C to power source (of course, not from the PC)
