GPU Warranty Question

Hello,

I’m about to buy a Club3D R9 280X RoyalQueen GPU from a friend who has lost his initial proof of purchase. The card was bought 8 months ago, so should still be under warranty. I was just wondering if the proof of purchase is required to honor the warranty with Club3D.

Thanks

Hi,
Yes, it is required so we can service the card.
If in case the card became faulty you can still contact our support to see how we can help you.

Thank you for the response. Kind of a bummer for the card to lose all waranty once it changes hands though, seeing that most problems you’ll have with a GPU can’t be fixed by “unplugging and replugging it again”.

Thanks for the info

Hi Virgule,
We need to trace the serial to the corresponding client (Club 3D direct customer) with the invoice. This is for security and administration purposes.
Kind regards
