Help me please

Hi, I have recently bought a computer from Vibox which uses your the AMD R 280. I have installed the driver sofware that came with it but the driver software hasn’t been downloaded for the USB 3.0 ports and the Ethernet port. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it hasn’t fixed my problem. If you have and ideas which could help, it would greatly be apreciated.

Hi,
We would like to help you but the description you provide it is not related to the graphics card in this case.
I suggest that you contact Vibox to provide you the drivers you require as we cannot help you since we do not know what components you have in your system.

I contacted Vibox and it turns out an additional disc should of been sent, so one has been dispatched. Thanks for not ridiculing me.
