Lines on screen when booting pc, unable to open bios setup

I got lines on the screen instead of the bios screen and can’t go to bios settings
has no uefi
my pc has a r9 285 royalqueen
psu 48amps on 12v
4 gig ram
I already have the latest bios
pci-express 2.0

other than that my pc runs normally
