I have two CSV-2302 USB to 4K connected to two Seiki SE39UY04 39 inch 4K Televisions. Got them set up and working at the end of September 2014.

All was well until a couple of weeks ago. The devices have developed two separate issues; 1) The television will randomly go blank for approximately 5 seconds then the display will show back up again. 2) One does this more frequently than the other but they have both had the issue, the screen will split into two partials, in random percentages 50/50, 60/40, etc. and then red lines will appear about 1 inch spacing across the screen. If I power down the TV, allow the device to disconnect then power back up it will work for a random period of time.

I have a HP 8560W Laptop with the advanced docking station that has the usb 3.0 connections that i have the devices plugged into. I am running Windows 7 Professional.
