30″ ACD black screen and CAC-1510 firmware question

I acquired a 30″ Apple Cinema Display. When it’s plugged into my M1 Mac Mini with the CAC-1510 the screen is black. The Display setting recognizes the monitor but no matter which resolution I set it to the screen remains black.

How can I tell if the issue a firmware issue or something else?

Insert Image Size must be less than < 5MB.

Could be you may need to update the firmware on the CAC-1510 to the firmware of the CAC-1510-A.
