Took my build to a PC tech and after my screen went black while playing games determined the card was faulty. How can I find out if it’s still under warranty and if I can get help?

Sorry to hear this.
Club3D has 2 years warranty on its Graphics Cards, so unless you bought it under different conditions from the shop, you should have 2 years warranty. Please check purchase date on your purchase invoice to see if your product is still under warranty.
I purchased it via amazon on October 12th 2015. How would I go about sending it to you guys?
Please send an email to rma@club-3d.com with a copy of the purchase invoice and a picture of the backside of your card. On the back are little stickers with item-code / serial number / production number they need to verify. Thanks.
