I sent my Royal Ace back on the 23rd due to it be under warranty still. It was sent via two day shipping and I provided a tracking number. I haven’t heard anything back yet.

I checked with RMA department.
Due to holidays this proces might have delayed a little.
Normally these warranties are send to our Head Office in Europe and handled in about 2 weeks.
Because of said Holidays it might take a bit longer.
