    You mentioned that you have two system to test, can you check if on the other system you have the same problem?

    Sorry for the late reply, was not able to access the net in the past week.
    Please install the latest OMEGA driver and please make sure you go to the Catalyst control center to set up the displays.
    Detail the Catalyst driver you have installed at this moment.

    Hi,

    We do not have any experience on the device you have but my best guess is that the Intel HD graphics is using the MST Hub instead of the AMD graphics.
    My suggestion is to go to your device manager and disable the Intel HD graphics, go to the list and you should see the device, just right click and disable the graphics card.
    Please note that this recommendation is based that you cannot disable this from your BIOS and I suggest to contact HP for further information.

    Hi,
    The MST Hub requires to have a direct connection to the graphics card. Can you detail us the KVM you are using?

    Hi Killmore,
    Most VGA to HDMI adapters have limited support for display resolutions. Some state that they will work resolutions up to 1080p but not at 60Hz. Can you check with your adapter vendor what are the correct specifications and also your monitor you are using?
    Can you detail us what is the video card you are using? Please detail the model.

    Can you check if you have the latest windows update installed and also the latest Catalyst driver?

    Is your display cable connected properly?
    Are you overclocking your system?

    Hi,

    • Quiet Mode” – Bios position one. Switch is in position closest to where you plug in your displays. This mode is designed to optimally suit a gamer that wants to keep a tight lid on acoustics. If you do not play with headphones, you do not have a high end gaming chassis, or your room’s ambient noise level is extremely low this may be the mode for you.
    • Uber Mode” – Bios position two. Switch is in position furthest away to where you plug in your displays

    The Uber mode will increase the performance but not a huge difference. It will increase the fan speed.
    Please switch when the PC is switched off or the mode will not be running.

    Did you try pushing the scan/reset button?
    Please check if also you can reset the monitor.
