ok. I know many MAC users use an app like SwitchResX to make a custom resolution on MAC OS …
thanks for the feedback 🙂
ok well good to hear you got it working 🙂Â
thanks for the feedback
rolling back to sierra is no option for you ?
Good day asadilan,
Sorry to hear this.
No there should not be a separate driver installation needed, jsut the DisplayLink software should do.
Please do this:
Disconnect CSV-3103d from system.
First un-install all Displaylink software from your system.
Reboot.
Dowload and install latest available driver corresponding to your Operating system.
You can find latest driver here:
WINDOWS:Â http://www.club-3d.com/en/openpdfz/2403_1/zip/displaylink_sw_win_10_81_7_version_8.3_m0.zip/
MAC OS:Â http://www.club-3d.com/en/openpdfz/2403_2/zip/displaylink_sw_mac_os_x_10.12_11_10_version_4.0.0.zip/
When done reboot.
Now connect the CSV-3103D and it should function in a proper manner.
Good day sencan,
Most recent Graphics Cards do support 6 Screens. Normally 4 of those you could connect direct to the Card and for 6 screen supprot you would need to make use of an MST Hub.
Since Your card has 2 DP1.2 outputs, you should be able to make use of 2 x CSV-5300H and connect 6 screens to that.
Since an MST Hub is an active device please make sure to use passive cables / adapters to connect the screens to the Hub.
Connect screens 1 by 1 and check if resolutions / frequency is set to 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz before connecting the next.
Hi ost,
We have seen and heard that Active Adapters like our CAC-1070 do not work well together with all Kepler GPU based Graphics Cards. Our R&D did of course contacted Nvidia on the subject, but Nvidia is not “very open” to say the least, with regards to giving access/details to their drivers / software.
This is why we needed to add to the features of our CAC-1070 product that it does nto support Kepler GPU based Graphics.
Very sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi michaelm,
That should work.
Did you check if the TV is still on “enhanced mode”?
Also we have heard of users needing to make a clean install of the SwitchResX version or even making a new user …
Hi snova,
Nothing to be sorry about.
The CSV-1460 Docking I was referring to you can see as an USB Hub, an External Graphics (for 2 screens up to 4K 60Hz), usb sound card, usb network card … all together in 1 package.
You connect the Docking to the USB3.0 port to your MacBook and the screens to the DiaplyPort connector outputs on the Docking Station.

What version of OS are you on now ?
Hi snova,
Why would you not be able to use the USB 3.0 port of the Notebook ?
I mean I understadn it would prevent you from using it form something else, but this docking also generates 6 x USB 3.0 ports … so USB connectivity enough i would think …
Good day BrianRayChen,
Sorry to hear this.
I will have [email protected]Â send you an email with link to the latest driver update for SenseVision products with Displaylink chip inside like your CSV-3242HDA.
Good day snova,
The CSV-3203 is making use of Multi Stream Transport (MST) feature to distribute 2 incoming video signals form teh source system to the Screens. I am quite sure MAC OS does not support MST so it will only send out 1 video Signal which is why the hub just shows that on both screens.
I would advise you to use a CSV-1460 on a MAC Book Air early 2015.
http://www.club-3d.com/en/detail/2423/usb_3.0_dual_display_4k60hz_docking_station/
That has a Displaylink Chip iinside that will generate its own Video Signal outputs, so this way your dont have to depend on the MacBook air for that part. The CSV-1460 uses just 1 USB3.0 port and can output 2 x 4K 60Hz !
Good day SgtUSMC,
Very sorry dfor the inconvenience
I will have that checked/fixed by the webmaster.
Meanwhile I will have [email protected] send you an email with active link to the driver.
Hello Roberto,
We have heard of more compatibilty issues with new Apple hardware and certainly with the latests version of MAC OS.
Since you stated the CSV-2301 Gprahics Adapter is working fine on a different sytem, I will have [email protected]Â send you an email with the latest driver for MAC OS 10.13, just released now for Club3D products with Displaylink Chip inside.Â
Sorry for the inconvenience
