We did mention this in the text on the website as well as on the Data Sheet and features, like this: “Supports dual External monitors via HDMI™, DVI-D or VGA”
I will ask PM to make text more clear.
    Verry sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hello MarcelS82,

I am sorry to inform you that although this Docking Station does support  Dual Screen Mode, you cannot use the DVI and VGA output at the same time. This is a “shared output”.

So you can use 1 screen on the HDMI output plus 1 screen on either the VGA or DVI output. Depending on the inputs on the screens you might need a converter/adapter indeed.

That 2 x 1600p would be max supported resolution, becuase a single DP output does not have more bandwidth …

    Hi dek,
There are currently some issues with cregards to compatibilty with Apple Machines 2017 build.
Although I am convinced this will be solved in upcoming MAC OS updates, i so far have no feedback on that.

    Hi rsplaul,
We have an “open case” running at R&D to try and find out the cause of this, which is necessary before we can come upwith a possible solution. Having said this, the frequency with which Apple now-a-days comes out with OS updates, makes this process very complicated. It is therefore likely that an Apple OS fix will be faster …

    Good day StrongMad,

Our CSV-3203 is basically a USB3.0 Docking with an 2 port MST Hub (like CSV-5200) inside. Because your MAC does not support MST Feature (it cannot send different video signals from a single DP ouput), you will not be able to make full use of capabilities of this docking station.
If it is your intesion to have the screens run in mirror mode, then it should be possible.
    One question though … are the 2407WFP screens not 1920 x 1200 60Hz screens ?
I mean you say you wnat to run them in 1600 x 1000 @ 60Hz, but can they screen do that ?

    Good day FredBelfast,
    Sorry to hear this,

To be able to sned a video signal over USB C ouput ojt he system, it needs to have Displayport Alternate (Alt) Mode support. Please check if the system(s) you are testing with have that.

I will have [email protected] send you an email with link to the latest Firmware for the CAC-1504.

Serialnumber is on the backside on a little sticker on the backside of the Graphics Card, should be something like “DG140705001234”.
If you bought the card longer than 2 years ago and are out of warranty at the shop, the card is most certianly out of warranty at Club3D since we sold the card at earlier stage already. Sorry

    Hi XerXis,

Nothing more annoying thatn that stuff breaks just out of warranty period !
Club3D has a 2 year factory warranty from the moment we sell to our Distributors. Most partners  and shops also sell with 2 years warranty from the moment they sell the product. But for you most important is under what warranty conditions you bought it for whichever shop you bought it from. that can vary per country or even per shop. So please check your purchase invoice for that.
What is the serialnumber of the product ?

    Hi ost,
It is indeed true that it normally works best when the screen connected via the adapter is set as secondary screen.
Active adapters are sensitive to other (espcially) active devices such as MST HUbs active Cables, other adapters, CrossFire / SLI configurations.
What is your system configuration ?

Did you try already a clean drive installation ?

Especially when using the upgrade feature to update drivers that can give issues, because old files can remain in the registry of the OS and can be “in the way”. Please make a new clean driver installation to make sure that part is ok.
Please uninstall the current Graphics driver and all related Graphics software like Afterburner/GPU-Z or whatever graphics related software you might have installed. Best way to remove Driver Software is to boot Windows in Safe mode, so the registry can also be cleaned. When you system does not allow you to do that, you can use a program like DDU to remove such software: http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/

    When done, reboot.
Download and install latest available driver for your GTX 1060.

Not sure if it is the receiver or transmitter chip inside, sorry. We hoped that R&D would be able to add HDR support with firmware update, but unfortunately this seems more complex than I thought and (so far) not possible. It does not show on the roadmap yet, but it only seems logical that the next step will be such an adapter with support for DP1.4 and HDR support … but this will most probably nor become available in the next 4 to 5 months …
