PAL / NTSC should have nothing to do with it in this case.
This is what the Adapter supports.

So in 8Bit BPC it supports 3840x2160p At 60Hz in RGB / 4:4:4 …
With regards to your MAC, you might need to use a program like Switch Res X to make the Custom resolution with CVT-RB timing standard.
For the Windows system. Please un-install the current NVidia Driver and all Grpahics ralted software like Afterburner, GPU-Z or any other similar program. Best to do this in Windows safe mode so the registry can also be cleaned. If your system does not allow you to do that please use program like DisplayDriverUninstaller (DDU).

Reboot and manually download and isntall latest available driver yourself (don’t let any auto installer do that).
Please also check for Bios update for you mainbaord (i knwo it sounds odd, but does often help).
I will also send you email with latest firmware for the Adpater so you can update it on the windows machine (updater does not work on MAC OSx)..
sorry about that. Good quality board but not the most compatible in world to say the least …
as soon as i receive info, i will get back to you …
did you make a custom resolution wifor 3840x2160p 60 Hz with Timing Standard set to CVT-RB ?
when i check the link you send for the HDMI cable i get this cable …“Vivanco PRO 14HDHD 25PB High Speed HDMI Kabel mit Ethernet (Audio Rückkanal ARC 2,5m) blau/schwarz”
At the specs it states 4k up to 24Hz … perhaps the link is wrong ?
Hi Robzon.
16.8.3 should also work fine, at least a bit newer than 16.1.1 …
please check if the BPC is set to 8Bits
sorry for the error,
yes HDMI2.0 to DP on the planning for end Q1 2017
done over [email protected]
Hi KAi,
Yes the CAC-1504 is fully complaint with Thudnerbold 3, so that will work.
That is correct, unfortunately in this case.
Club3D does have a DP to HDMI1.4 Adapter planned for end this year and also a DP to HDMI2.0 probably for end Q1 2017
Hello Legend77,
Sorry to hear this.
Unfotunately we do not have spare parts here anymore for R9 270X, also no Coolers.
We did make use of reference desing on our own production of R9 270X so any 3rd partu coller made for R9 270X should fit on the graphics card.
Hi Survient,
well the only one i know of is this one from Denmark

Hi Evilpappe,
Which card you have installed a 7970 13 (single GPU and Dual Fan) Series or a 7970 XT2 (Dual GPU and Tripple Fan))?
Anyway if you bought it second hand, please make sure the card is in working order …
7970 13 Sereis will take about 250 Watt in full load, That is about 75 Watts more than your 7870. Please make sure to feed mainboard/cpu form 1st 12Volt Rail and Graphics from second 12Volt rail.
7970 XT2 taken about 500 watt and is too much for the PSU you have. For that you will to have a PSU with 700 Watt / 60 Amps on the 12Volt Rail(s). And i would advice to go for a bit more like a 1000 Watt PSU …

1. Restart the system into BIOS by pressing <F2> during the boot process. Once in the BIOS setup utility, press <F9> to restore BIOS default settings. Reset any customized BIOS settings. Clear all DMI event logs by setting the option to “Enable“, which is located in the Advanced/Event Log Configuration section of the BIOS Setup utility. Press <F10> to save the new settings and reboot the system.
2. Clear the CMOS if the error code still shows up
