Will the cheaper CAC-1010 adapter work for me? Or do I need the CAC-1051?

My monitor: 1600×2560 resolution, @60 Hz, DVI-D Dual Link cable (male)

My computer:  DisplayPort (female)

What is the difference between these two adapter models? They looks quite similar.

The CAC-1051 is an older version which is End of Life – the CAC-1010 is a newer version with current support
