CAC-1070 4K@60Hz

Hi,

I cannot get CAC-1070 to output 4K (3840×2160) at 60Hz using NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti. I can only get 30Hz.

I have two CAC-1070 adapters for two 4K displays, but I’m currently using one of them for one of my monitors. My other monitor is connected to the HDMI output of the graphics card and it works fine with 4K@60Hz. I’ve tested both monitors and cables.

I’ve tested both monitors and cables. 4K@60Hz works with the HDMI output of the graphics card, without using CAC-1070. If I use CAC-1070, I can only get 30Hz.

I’ve tried creating a custom resolution with 3840×2160@60Hz and CVT-RB. It did not help.

Is there anything else you can suggest (such as firmware update) that could help?

Also, there is a clearly noticeable (about 0.1 second) lag with CAC-1070 working with 4K@30Hz, as compared to the HDMI output of the graphics card with 4K@60Hz. Is this normal?

Are the displays TVs? If so what model/brand? Why not use DisplayPort if they PC monitors?

What Nvidia drivers are you on? Have you tried roling back to 456.71 ?
