CAC-1080 does not output surround audio

I recently purchased CAC-1080.
I have been troubled by the problem.
Please give me the latest firmware for CAC-1080.

  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 (Windows10 Pro 1809)(GeForce Driver 430.39)
  • Yamaha RX-V781 Receiver(Firmware Ver.2.65)
  • LG OLED55B6P  TV(OLED55B6P-J)

Hello Tookaa,

For the lastest Firmware you can send an email to [email protected]

they will provide you with the neccesary firmware..

I’m waiting (impatiently, mind you) for support to email me the latest firmware.  Can someone who has received it please consider sending it to me via Dropbox/OneDrive, etc.?  I’d be eternally grateful!

My CAC-1080 adapter does not passing surround sound audio.
I’ve tried to send email to both [email protected] and [email protected] for help, but still waiting for reply. Are this company still in active business? I would like to try the latest firmware to see if it can solve my problem I have with my CAC-1080 adapter, thank you.

Hello,

the company is very much in business, so much that occasionally something slips by. would you be able to send an email to [email protected] today perhaps and refere to the forum post. so they are able to see additional information on the matter.

I sent my first email to [email protected] for almost two weeks ago and I’ve still not heard back from them. How long does a reply on an support email normally take?

Hi Morten,

Normally quit fast, however it could slipped through the mail. my advise is send another one referring to the earlier mail you send. 

I’m sure it will be picked up rather soon.

Club-3D

It’s been one month since I sent my first email to [email protected]. After that it’s been 3 more emails. In addition to support, I’ve sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] but none of them have sent a single reply!?

I only ask for a firmware update for my CAC-1080.

If this is about ignoring support requests they are doing a really good job.

Sorry to say, but this is starting to get ridiculous.

I finally got hold of someone at Club-3D trough their Facebook page. I got a firmware upgrade and all looks good. Thank you.
