CSV-1560 not found on Asus Zrphyrus GX501

Dear all, strangely enough, the CSV-1560 is not found on my Asus GX501. At first i thought it was a defective dock so got a replacement but same thing.

Tried changing setting of the Thunderbolt but for nothing worked.

Appreciate your help in this matter

Hi Speed6 can you send a mail to [email protected] they will provide you with an updated firmware for this dock with this Notebook
