Hello,

I use the adapter CSV-5300H with win 10 and two screens (1920×1080). But it does not work. Win10 detects only one screen.
The graphics card is an Intel HD Graphics 4000 and I made an update of the graphics drivers.
Can you guide me to a solution?

What system do you have (operating system, cpu) ?
Notebook / SFF / Mini PC / Tower and the brand / seflbuild ?

Here is my configuration:

PC tower HP Compaq Elite 8300 MT
Proc Intel Core i7-3770 [email protected], 4 cœur(s), 8 processeur(s) logique(s),
16Go RAM,
Graphic card Intel HD Graphics 4000 with drivers up to date,
with Windows10 Version 10.0.14393 Numero 14393 up to date
The 2 screens are Iiyama Prolite X2481HS-B1 full HD.

Hi Vlad,

I think that the CPU, or better yet, the integrated Graphics of the CPU, does not support Multi Stream Transport (MST). Therefor the video signal goes thru as is, seeing 1 screen but no other signal goes thru.

Indeed, I forgot to specify that it is an integrated graphics card. So I think there is no solution.
I’ll still ask Intel’s support.
