USB-C to Dual Link DVI Adapter flicker on Dual Link Display

I purchased a USB-C to Dual Link DVI Adapter from the Club 3D amazon page about a year ago for use with my 30 inch Apple Cinema Display. However, this adapter causes flickering when used. I’ve connected 3 different computers to my monitor with this adapter and still see the flicker. But, when I use this adapter to connect my laptop to a Non-Dual Link DVI display, I see no flicker. Any help to fix this issue would be appreciated.

EDIT: The flicker gets noticeably worse when displaying a black image. I also can take a video of it if needed.

Did you get the CAC-1510 (HDCP ON) or the CAC-1510-A (HDCP OFF) or something else? The Apple 30 Inch Cinema Display may work better with the CAC-1510-A (HDCP OFF) version.
