When attempting to connect the dock with a USB-C to USB adapter, the laptop does not recognize the universal dock. Any suggestion on adapters/cables that could work, or is it not supported?
If you are trying to convert USB-A signal from a laptop into a USB-C docking station and expect a display to be shown it will not work. You will need a laptop that supports USB-C Alt mode.
