Will it become possible to build a adapter for HDMI 2.1 Box to a 1.4 Displayport?

Also wondering about this! I did the mistake of buying the DP 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 adapter to connect my xbox series x to a monitor 😛 Whoever comes out with the inverted adapter first will make alot of people happy and probably make a buck or two.
