I’d try Ingram Micro,

Try to reach out to them, then you won’t have the importing duties. Might take some time to get it delivered. But not longer than anyone sending it from EU to US.
Hi,
To answer your questions, from my experience:
I’d contact the reseller, you have 14 days right to return in Czech.
Please contact [email protected] and see if they can support you in this case as well.
Interesting VR headset!
I assume it needs a direct DisplayPort connection, no adapters. The headset has 2 displays, and I assume it makes use of the MST tech from DisplayPort, HDMI does not allow a signal to be split into 2. This could be the reason why you have not been able find the right cable.
If your laptop has a USB-C with DP1.4 Alt-mode support than you might be able to use the CAC-1557 (Cable) or CAC-1567 (Adapter)
As far as I know the dock has no new firmware.
Have you tried uninstalling the Controller and let Windows reinstall it again?
What are the power settings of the USB?

Try to configure what your laptop does after going to sleep.

Does this happen from all USB ports on the dock?
In your case I’d suggest the CAC-1335 + a certified HDMI 2.1 cable CAC-1372
Which Mac?
How is your whole setup looking like? Connected how?
HDMI-Display cable is this from the CSV-7210 to a display? Or from Source to KVM?
If possible share as much details as possible. Which displays, what resolution etc etc
Does it also happen when the Philips TV is not connected?
What is the color bitrate on the Samsung? 8 or 10? try 8.
Does the old Philips TV has an old VGA connection? Try that.
I think that the HDMI to DP cable is the issue. Should it not be DP to HDMI? Where the source is the dock and the sink TV. I would not suggest to use an adapter(cable) anyway from a dock. Always keep it sames – same.
Does it happen when connecting the old Philips TV directly in the HDMI port on the Envy?
You might want to ask [email protected] for a firmware update on the adapter.
If the source only support HDMI 1.4 you will be limited by that port, there is no magic adapter to increase the bandwidth to HDMI2.0.
MST is not needed to turn on 1 monitor. MST is to split the bandwidth of an USB-C Alt mode port or DisplayPort in to 2 3 or 4 displays.
Only solution is a source with HDMI 2.0, or DP1.2a or USB-C Alt-mode.
Is the Macbook’s OS fully up to date?
Which laptop and displays are you using? And at what resolution?
I’m not sure if the Xbox Series X supports 1440p 120Hz tho.
But you can try this one https://www.club-3d.com/en/detail/2609/hdmi_micro_usb_to_displayport_4k120hz_or_8k30hz_m-f_active_adapter/
Make sure to use a Displayport 1.4 cable too https://www.club-3d.com/en/detail/2430/displayportt_1.4_hbr3_cable_vesa_certified_m-m_2_m_-_6.56ft_28awg/
Thanks for the video, great explaining too.
What happens when you only use the CSV-1474? Does it still not find the monitor on the table?
What are the specs of the mini desktop? And the monitors (resolution and Hertz)?
Disconnect the DisplayPort to HDMI dongle too.
