Hi Enzo,
I am sorry but I cannot help you with MSI Afterburner … Perhaps you can load a restore point from before your pc updated.
Hello nabostoli,
Sorry to hear this.
It can be that the Notebook needs a little time to “read” what functionality the Docking Station can provide via the USB C.
Do you have power connected to the Docking when connecting to the Notebook ?
Do you already have external devices connected to the Docking when connecting to the Notebook ?
Which version OS is running ?
not yet, and because i dont see it on the roadmap yet, it will not come fo sure within the next 3 to 4 months 🙁
Good day Drewbdoo,
The CAC-1070 does not support HDR.
The fact that you cannot run that resolution in 10 bit is most probably a bandwidth issue…
Here’s what is supported by the adapter:

Good day Zacksawicki,
I checked with RMA department.
Due to holidays this proces might have delayed a little.
Normally these warranties are send to our Head Office in Europe and handled in about 2 weeks.
Because of said Holidays it might take a bit longer.
You can check with Warranty department via [email protected]
Hello Robert,
Sorry to hear this.
[email protected] will send you an email with latest firmware for the adapter.
That might just do “the trick” …
the latest drivers made for R7 R9 series was 16.8.3. After that AMD made many driver updates but all aimed at RX series. Because I am not sure which of those is causing the issues, i advised to try the 16.8.3 driver becuase i know the MST Hub will work with that driver loaded.
Hi mrk,
here you can find a listing of AMD graphics drivers.
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/previous?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064
Yes it did work with a driver for the R7 360X, not sure anymore which version that was,
adn it also worked without AMD driver. Last driver made for R7 / R9 / HD series was the 16.8.3, in case you want to try that out …

Hi mrk,
Not at this point. Since the MST Hub is working wohtout the driver of the RX550, meaning the MST HUb is ok, R&D needs to find out what AMD changed in the driver to cause this, before they are able to fix this by firmware update (if possible). Unfotunately this is a time consuming process and it could be that AMD will come with update for the driver before that time …
We will keep psuhing in search for a solution int he meantime and will get back to this whenever we have an update …
Yes that MST Hub has the latest 0.60 firmware indeed.
Good day Savarna,
To be able to send 2 x 1680×1050 video signal at 60Hz over USB, this need to be a USB 3.0 port. Please check if the CSV-2604 is connected to a USB 3.0 port.
not yet no, and because i dont see it on the roadmap yet, it will not come fo sure within the next 3 to 4 months 🙁
I will have [email protected] send you an email on that.
Most Sony TV’s need to be set to “Enhanced Mode” before they support incoming signal of 4K 60Hz over HDMI.
Please make sure to have OS version 10.12.6 loaded.
Sometimes it works best by making a custom resolution with timing standard set to CVT-RB (Reduced Blanking). If teh MAC Version of the Intel Grpahics Driver does not offer such setting, you would need an app like SwitchResX to be able to do that.
