Hi Miko they are both designed for the same purpose – to support DP1.4 signals and output up to 8K60hz Resolution. The CAC-1060 is 3meters and the CAC-2068 is 2meters other than this and the packing and the pricing they are the same.

Q1 Hi Azul for three screens you need to lower to 1080p. The resolution you are taking it’s using all the available bandwidth.
More than 6 screens can be used if the software allows it.

Q2 – One GPU will support max of 6 displays. The MST hub will support 2 passive outputs + 4 active
Please note that Eyefinity will only support up to 6 screens even when you use two GPUs. The management of the screens will be limited by the software.
