Hi jan Willem,
Please try this:
Uninstall DisplayLink software completely.
Disconenct Docking Station and reboot system.
Re-Install DisplayLink software without Docking Station connected. Only after software installation is done (and System is rebooted) than connect the Docking Station.
Hi Alvicano,
sorry fo the late reaction. We have seen many issues with the last 3 Driver Updates from AMD.
16.9.1 / 16.9.2 and 16.10.1 do all have updates aimed at RX400 series, but seem to cause issue for other cards/setups. Setups that worked just fine at 4K 60Hz but after driver update did not get higher than 30Hz anymore. We escalated this issue to R&D and AMD and working on a solution. Meanwhile, please uninstall the 16.10.1 driver completely and instead install driver version 16.8.3. That should also fix it for now.

Will keep you posted on progress.
will send you an email from [email protected]
Of course we informed R&D on this and they are working to find out if there is a way to fix the problem that hte new AMD causes. Will keep you all posted on devellopment.
please load a system restore point from before the problems started to make you system work properly again

Hi All,
Did anyone already try use 3rd party program like CRU to overwrite the settings of the 16.9.2 driver ?

Hi Dimitri,
No at this point no, i thought it would not be all that difficult to make a HDMI2.0 to DP1.2 converter, but aparently i am wrong :-S
Our Product Management is still working on coming up with a solution for this, but it is still to early to come up with a release date or something like that.
Hello Matthias,
Ubuntu should support MST feature. If the system doens not allow you to send inidivudual video signals to the screens connected to the HUB, please check if the system does recognize those screens. If it does, but still no individual signals, then i am afriad you will need AMD Driver or other 3rd party software to “arrange” that.
Hi usbcQuiz,
We did not test this, but i seriously doubt if this will work.
The CSV-1534 has a USB2.0 output and a HDMI2.0 output and the USB Type C is for charging only (no data). So you will need to connect the Screen directly to the CSV-1534 to get 4K60Hz, which leaves you 1 x USB2.0 to connect to the WD15 Docking ….
just checking what influence that would have
BY the way did you try it without the crossfire enabled ?
Sorry mister fancy pants, i know you dont really want to hear this, but i would advise you to keep unsing 16.9.1 until amd has a fix for the many issues 19.6.2 seem to cause
That does not sound good. You could try it in a different system if that is avalable to you… To make sure the card is defective …
