Good day Zacksawicki,
Sorry to hear this.
Club3D has 2 years warranty on its Graphics Cards, so unless you bought it under different conditions from the shop, you should have 2 years warranty. Please check purchase date on your purchase invoice to see if your product is still under warranty.
Hi tobexor,
Sorry i thought you said you did have PDF version of the bill.
Anyway we should be able to determine if the card is within warranty for us from the serial number. You send picture of the backside of the card to [email protected] already ?
Good day grealish,
Sorry to hear this. Lets try to fix this by updating the firmware of the adapter, you cna find the files here:

Hi Ben,
Sorry for the late reaction 🙁
Yes in WIN10 that will work as long as the source system has no limitation for that. Often Notebooks and mini systems have limitation of not supporting more than 3 screens where as a Desktop systems do not have such limitations. So please do check that up front.
thanks for the feedback
Good day tobexor,
Sorry to hear this.
Please send a picture of the backside of the Graphics Card to [email protected].
There should be little stickers there with Item-Code (something like CGAX-R726X6C),
serial number and production number base don that we can determine if the card is still within warranty period. Olease also send the PDF of the of your purchase invoice.
Hi rtangwai,
normally 2 or 3 meter long cables should not be an issue indeed.
what we do often hear is that DP to DVi cable/adapters give issues, even when they are passive. Not 100% sure why but most probably disrupt of the MST signal. In such cases using a CAC-1000 (DP-to-DVI passive Adapter) + normal DVI Cable does the “trick”. ALthough i do not think a firmware update will help with your issue you are of course welcome to the latest version. I will ask [email protected] to send that to you by email.
Let´s try it this way. When you transfer/change a signal there are 2 important things. 1) You should change the signal as close as possible to the source and 2) with the shortest adapter. If you use a longer cable/adapter it can cause that the signal is not stable. That is what we have here. In our opinion a Firmware update does not solve it. As an adapter the CAC-1000 could be helpful and eventually shorter cables.
Sorry rtangwai, the message with the passive adapters was mistakenly overread. For the adapters you most probably mean from DP to DVI, not from DVI to DP. Can you check further on the cables used? Either borrow different ones from a friend to see if that brings a different result or otherwise mention here which cables you are exactly using (Brand, lenght etc.).
Hi ganymed, welcom to the Insights Forum.
Hello anothergamer, welcome to the Insights Forum. We are constantly updating our product lines with the latest technologies that are available. If you have a closer look at our webpage you will find the new DP 1.4 cables already: http://www.club-3d.com/en/cat/cables/displayport/1606/317/ . We are delivering them to the world wide markets since April 2017.
Dear rtangwai,
based on our experience it is not a question if our CSV-5300A or other MST-Hubs do “like” adapters or cables. The MST-Hubs are DP++ products which means they are active. From the outputs of the MST-Hub you should use passive adapters or cables to make sure to get the signals like you want them. Can you check this out first? If problems remain please get back to us via [email protected].
Dear juliendym, we have never heard of such an issue with our adapter. It is more likely that this is related to the TV. Please check with Samsung or search “the image of the TV blacks out…”.
Hello, could you drop us an e-mail to [email protected], then we can mail you the firmware and instructions.
thanks
Dear Roland
thanks for your message and sorry to hear about the issues you have.
Could you advise us the your system details, like which graphic card, which TV/monitor, what kind of a cable you have, then we can check it for you.
best regards
