Good day mrgaolei,
Sorry to hear this.
They all use the same OS ?
Good day Stevenpennock,
What screens are you using and what cables or adapters are you using ?
In general …
To make a HD 7850 work with 6 screens you will need to enable the Eyefinity feature.
You do this by using the/a DP ouput on the Graphics card. OS need to be Vista or newer.
If you connect Screens with DP input you can just use normal/passive Mini-DP to DP adapter and normal DP cable.
if you use Screen without DP input you will need to convert the DP output to DVI/HDMI/VGA with adapters that support Eyefinity and after the frist 2 screens these adapters also need to be Active.
Active Adapters:
CAC-1102
CAC-1152
CAC-1170
So
Screen 1: Passive Adaper Mini-DP to DVI or HDMI + normal cable to screen
Screen 2: Passive Adaper Mini-DP to DVI or HDMI + normal cable to screen
Screen 3: Active Adaper with Eyefinity support Mini-DP to DVI or HDMI + normal cable to screen
Screen 4: Active Adaper with Eyefinity support Mini-DP to DVI or HDMI + normal cable to screen
Screen 5: Active Adaper with Eyefinity support Mini-DP to DVI or HDMI + normal cable to screen
Screen 6: Active Adaper with Eyefinity support Mini-DP to DVI or HDMI + normal cable to screen
You can also use active adaters on the first 2 screens but as you have noticed, this is not a necessaty.
Hi Jo,
CSV-1474 will work on a USB 3.0 port or in other words USB 3.1 Gen 1.
We will start shipping this end June. So wihtin about 2 weeks from that it should become available world wide. What country are you from ?
Hi L24,
Good to hear and thanks a lot for the feedback.
Hi Jo,
No that will not work.
The system cannot send a video signal over a USB 3.0 port, so if you would connect that, no picture would come out.
If you want to connect an external screen to a USB 3.0 port you will need an External USB Graphics, like these:

thanks

If you remain to have issues with the Adapter please and you need to calim warranty, than you should be able to do that form whomever you bought the goods from. Was this Amazon itself or a seller or another company selling on amazon ?
yes, missing the picture with production number …. or just of the complete backside of the card …

Hi Victor,
Are you sure your MacBook can output 4K 60Hz over the Mini-DP ouput ?
I think that MiniDisplayport output port is a Thunderbolt (frist generation) port, which uses Displayport 1.1 technology to send Video signals,
And Displayport 1.1 does not support 4k at 60Hz becuase it does nto have enough bandwidth for that. So please check.
