Hello all
Hi, I’m Chuck. I’m a NUC Skull Canyon user and always need more displays, so a Club CSV-5300A was my choice. However, I can’t seem to get 4 monitors to run. 3 will run off the Club or 2 off the Club and one off an HDMI port, but never 4. Is that too much to expect from my i7 6770HQ processor with Iris Pro 580 graphics? I thought the Club might offer more than the three supported by the GPU
Hi guys
Thank goodness for your products which have got me out of a jam many times. Also your customer interaction especially via this website is very encouraging. I’m hoping to use it in the main forum section to answer a specific issue you might be able to solve soon 🙂 .
I´m Victor from spain, we´ve buy one
Multi Stream Transport (MST) Hub DisplayPort™ 1.2 Quad Monitor
and we have a acer predator 17 g9-g9-791-775c with w10 and nvidia gtx 980m, and we try to use the nvidia surround, with 4 monitors, but we have the problem that we can´t avtive the surround in nvidia panel. gtx 980 detects the monitors but we can´t activate surround.
can someone help us??
thanks
Good day yomury,
Sounds like all the parts are working well. My guess would be this is a software issue …
Did you check with Nvidia on this already ? If anyone should know all about Nvidia Surround settings …
Which Screens are you using ?
Please make sure to disable all Energy Start saving settings on system and Screens.
Make sure to have the Power Adapter connected to the Notebook.
Use passive adapters / cable to connect screens to the MST Hub.
hello, i’m a casual gamer, iv’e been using your products for a while.never had a failure of your plugs due to manufacturer defect only human error on my end lol… I currently running a AMD Rhyzen 7 1800x ,with a x370 Asus ROG crosshair VI and a OLD R9 270x GPU.and a Vizio 4K ultraHD 43′ E43U-D2 . i am upgrading to a AMD Vega64 GPU with a 1.4 display port so I need to ask a few questions… i am not a technical guru ,but can the 1.2 to 2.0 cable fully support the increased thru-put load for the New 1.4 display ports?

Hi all, I’m Martin and a computer scientist. I’m working the most of the time with Linux. Perhaps I can exchange here some experiences with other professionals or gamers that are using multiple displays with Linux. 🙂

Otherswise please let us know the item-code of your docking station (should be something like CSV-3103D or CSV-1460) than i can ask [email protected] to send you an email on it.
Hi, this is Bubeli writing from Switzerland.
I love Club 3D products, because I think they are very good in terms of price/performance ratio.
Recently I bought USB 3.2 Gen1 Type C to RJ45 2.5Gbps Ethernet Adapter (CAC-1520) and I have a small problem, which I will explain in a specific topic.
Dear greetings to all
Bubeli
Hello,
I just bought one of your products from Amazon. It’s a Club 3D USB3.2 Gen1 Type-C to Dual Link DVI-D HDCP. (CAC-1510) but turns out its the wrong one as I need the OFF version. This is frustrating because this is not clear on the Amazon link I used and many reviews say this one will work fine with my 30 inch Apple Cinema Display. It worked okay to begin with, but now the Apple Display often starts to flicker on and off. A full restart after five minutes with power off will usually fix the problem but only temporarily.
I understand I need a different version (HDCP OFF), but this product does not seem to be available in the UK. Can you help?
Hi Joe,
Please contact [email protected] they have a firmware update for you for the on or off
Hello there.
Just bought the HDMI 2.0 4K60Hz UHD cable 5m + DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0b HDR Active Adapter.
Trying to connect Samsung Q95T 4K 60Hz HDMI 2.1 to my old GTX 770 DP 1.2
No luck yet, will try maybe here to understand why I’m getting only 4k 30Hz (No HDR) with the latest NVIDIA driver. 🙁
Hello All! Hope everyone is staying safe & keeping well. Just purchased a Club-3D HDMI to USB Type-C converter/adapter that’s been very hard to find. The other way is more common. I am using it for my new Epson Moverio BT-40 Smartglasses which connect via USB Type-C connector. The adapter has allowed me to use my BT-40 glasses when flying my DJI Mavic 2 Pro Drone. There is however a small underscanning issue I’m having which I will be posting to get some advice on.
